The beautiful thing about Jesus Christ, He doesn't make you better, He makes you new. And there's a difference between better and new.

We want to make it about all the stuff that we can do outwardly. We want to place so much emphasis on the outward... But when it comes to the Lord, he's looking at your heart.

Maybe God's not asking you to cross the sea. Maybe he's just asking you to cross the driveway. Maybe he's asking you to cross over to the next cubicle.
