He has a passionate love for Jesus and a vision for people everywhere to discover the Life only available through a relationship with Christ. His hope is that each person would have a compelling opportunity to experience a life-giving, Spirit-welcoming and presence-drawn encounter with God and His family. Les has worked diligently for the past 20+ years to see God’s agenda to bring unprecedented hope, compassion and Kingdom diversity come to pass in the surrounding area through a regional church that’s better together. He is married to Kris, his college sweetheart, and is blessed with a married son and daughter, and four perfect grandchildren!
