Café Procedures
Opening Checklist
- Turn on Latte machine, fill with Culligan water 
- Get milk from kitchen and put in cafe mini-fridge 
- Get Square register from kitchen and plug in 
- Brew Coffee, Monitor Coffee. Note; check water bottle level 
- Fill sodas and water to cafe mini-fridge 
- Fill coffee creamer caddy 
- Get Log sheet ready (Note the customer’s name and order on the sheet) 
- Get towels from Utility Closet 
Seasonal (June-August)
Pull ice from kitchen freezer, place in styrofoam cooler (keep in bag so scooping doesn't include foam beads)
Closing Checklist
- Count money in the kitchen (Dual Control). Walk the cash box over with security and set on top of vault 
- Clean Latte machine 
- Put milk back in kitchen fridge 
- Wipe down counters 
- Put wet towels in utility closet 
- Check inventory and post needs to group chat 
- Empty Culligan jugs go in kitchen
